Built by operators. Not by committee.

We've dispatched technicians, lost leads to voicemail, and watched software bills triple when we hired our fourth employee. Chillead exists because we got tired of it.

Maor Raichman

Founder & CEO

Automation & Technology

Maor started Chillead after spending years running service operations and watching every "enterprise" tool price out the businesses that needed them most. He's the kind of person who automates his own morning routine — so naturally, he built a platform that automates yours.

Before Chillead, Maor managed real service operations — dispatching techs, chasing invoices, losing leads to slow follow-up. He saw firsthand that the companies winning weren't working harder; they had better software. The problem? That software cost $500/month per user and took 6 weeks to implement.

So he built one that doesn't. Maor leads product, engineering, and the AI layer — from call transcription to intelligent dispatch routing. If a workflow can be automated, he's probably already automated it.

KEY CONTRIBUTIONS
  • Built the full Chillead platform from the ground up
  • Designed the AI transcription + action extraction pipeline
  • Led the flat-rate pricing model that eliminated per-user fees
  • Operator-turned-developer — understands both sides of the desk

Nessi Ziv

Head of Operations & Industry Strategy

HVAC, Locksmith & Real Estate

Nessi doesn't just advise service businesses — she's run them. With hands-on experience in HVAC, locksmith services, and real estate, she brings the kind of operational knowledge that only comes from years in the field.

When Nessi talks about dispatch optimization, she's not quoting a textbook. She's remembering the time she had to route three locksmith technicians across Miami during a holiday weekend with two trucks and a prayer. When she talks about lead follow-up, she's thinking about the HVAC leads she used to lose because the office phone rang during a site visit.

At Chillead, Nessi makes sure the product works for real operators — not just looks good in a demo. She's the bridge between what the software can do and what a business owner at 6 AM actually needs it to do. Her background in real estate adds a unique perspective on client communication, contract management, and the high-touch sales cycles that service businesses live and die by.

KEY CONTRIBUTIONS
  • Ran HVAC and locksmith operations across multiple markets
  • Licensed real estate agent — understands high-value client management
  • Shapes product roadmap based on real-world operator feedback
  • Designed Chillead's onboarding flow for non-technical business owners

Moreen Anzatreno

Head of Recruitment & VA Operations

Virtual Assistants & Team Building

Moreen leads the recruitment engine that helps Chillead users build their teams faster. She connects businesses with trained virtual assistants who integrate directly into Chillead's workflow — handling calls, CRM updates, dispatch coordination, and customer follow-up.

Hiring is one of the biggest bottlenecks in service businesses. You need someone to answer the phones, but you can't afford a full-time employee yet. You need a dispatcher, but the volume doesn't justify the salary. That's where Moreen comes in.

She built Chillead's VA recruitment pipeline from scratch — sourcing, training, and placing virtual assistants who aren't just "answering phones." They're operating inside Chillead's CRM, updating lead statuses, confirming appointments, and running follow-up sequences. For many Chillead users, Moreen's VAs are the difference between a 3-person operation that feels overwhelmed and a 3-person operation that runs like a 10-person one.

KEY CONTRIBUTIONS
  • Built the VA recruitment and training pipeline for Chillead users
  • Placed 50+ virtual assistants into service business operations
  • VAs trained specifically on Chillead's CRM, dialer, and dispatch tools
  • Helps businesses scale their team without the overhead of full-time hires
HOW WE WORK

We don't do meetings about meetings.

Ship weekly, not quarterly

We deploy updates every week. If you report a bug Monday, it's usually patched by Wednesday. Enterprise vendors take 6 months to add a dropdown.

Use what we build

The Chillead team uses Chillead internally. If something is annoying, we feel it first. Our dispatch, CRM, and dialer get stress-tested daily — by us.

Talk to actual customers

Every feature on the roadmap started as a conversation with an operator. Not a focus group. Not a survey. A phone call with someone who runs a business.

Want to see what we built? It's better live.
